For extra benefit the Duel Adapter allows you to hook up four pads at the same time. The add-on comes with two extra sets of pads. You can do you upper and lower back at the same time, or even have two people have a massage at the same time. You just have to hold hands to connect the circuit.

How long do the massage pads last?

With frequent usage, the two pair of pads included in the massager package should last about 4-6 months. Always make sure to apply a few drops of water on the pads before and after usage. Cover the pads with their protective films after usage and put them back in their zip lock bags so they don't dry out.
